Will Trump kill student loan forgiveness plan?

A few days after the 2024 elections, it is not clear what will the fate of Biden's student loan forgiveness plan be.
However, it is abundantly clear that the Trump administration will hack the plan.

The plan was rejected by the Supreme Court, which ruled that such a sweeping and costly plan went beyond Biden's legal authority.

Disturbing questions emerge.
Trump tries to close the Education Department?
In the event of undoing the plan, will the students who have alrady benefitted be called to return the benefit?
